Welcome to Tip 2 of the Budgeting Challenge! With Tip 1 already under your belt, you're ready to dig a bit deeper. Now that you've cut some of the advertisements out of your life, it's time to focus on your existing debt.

Have you ever felt overwhelmed by your debt? When you start to feel this way, it can be easy to avoid the topic altogether. Avoidance is the beginning of worsening debt issues. The best thing you can do is face your debt head on and get prepared to wipe it out.

Using our printable, write out all of your debt. Use this at your starting point. Figure out which debts are costing you the most money to keep. Take your debt payments with the highest interest rates and fees, and make a plan to pay those off as fast as possible.
